The most dangerous cake recipe
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour 3 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa 1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large hot chocolate mug
Add dry ingredients to mug. Mix well. Add the beaten egg. Mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil. Mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract. Mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this could serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

Melinda, This is the 1st post for me here. I don't know how to put it under desserts.
Dangerous huh? Why does that make it sound all the more delicious to me? :) Thanks for the recipe Mom! I went ahead and labeled it under desserts. There's a tutorial on the forum about how to do that. It's just a little spot on the bottom of your post draft that's easy to overlook.
